Premium Retail Services operates across over 900 retail outlets, supported by a dedicated smartphone sales team of more than 2,400 professionals.

As a dynamic and results-oriented Wireless Sales Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, leading, and inspiring a team of skilled Wireless Sales Professionals to meet sales and business objectives across multiple retail locations.

Our client is a leading retailer in North America, benefiting from significant shopper traffic daily, creating numerous sales and commission opportunities.

While prior sales experience or knowledge of the wireless sector is advantageous, a strong desire to learn is essential.

We provide comprehensive training on wireless plans, services, devices, and promotions through ongoing in-store and online learning.

Key Responsibilities:


Recruit, lead, coach, guide, mentor, develop, and manage a team of Wireless Sales Professionals.
Inspire and motivate teams to achieve assigned sales and reporting goals.
Accountable for store sales and operational performance.
Meet or exceed established monthly and weekly personal KPIs.
Lead recruiting efforts to maintain staffing levels with top-tier talent in all assigned locations.
Conduct daily field visits and maintain a visible presence within the market to ensure excellence.

Analyze performance data and regularly report on wireless store strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities, taking appropriate actions based on store and market needs.

Build professional and productive relationships with in-store management and associates.
Exemplify professionalism, work ethic, and determination on behalf of Premium and the client.

Additional Qualifications:


Minimum of two years of quota-based sales experience with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives
Preferred experience in Sales Management
Experience in wireless, consumer electronics, or related sales fields is preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills required
Demonstrated ability in multi-tasking, demand management, problem-solving, organization, and prioritization.
