As a Facilities Maintenance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for patients, staff, and visitors, adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Assist in maintaining a safe, functional, and appealing environment for patients, guests, and employees.
  • Conduct a variety of maintenance tasks with minimal supervision, guided by the Plant Operations Manager.
  • Perform operational assessments and equipment testing, documenting results as necessary.
  • Carry out safety inspections and preventative maintenance checks, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in maintenance and janitorial services is required.
  • Experience in plant operations within a healthcare setting is preferred.
  • A solid understanding of regulatory standards is beneficial.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred; a combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
  • A valid driver's license and a favorable Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) are necessary, along with proof of insurance when using personal vehicles.
