Salary and Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000-$120,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes medical insurance, retirement plans with up to 4% match, and a generous time off policy.

Responsibilities

This leadership role involves overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring the completion of effective treatment plans. The Clinical Director will also be responsible for conducting quarterly check-ins with staff, completing staff reviews, and maintaining a database of current and potential clients.

  • An active BCBA certification from the BACB
