Ideal Candidate:
The successful applicant will possess over 5 years of experience in industrial construction projects, along with a solid understanding of construction techniques. Expertise in reviewing blueprints, practical field application, and proficiency in Microsoft Office is crucial. An OSHA 30 certification is mandatory, and an Associate's degree in construction management is preferred. This role is a contract position expected to last for a minimum of one year, and only local candidates will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute building construction projects to support operational needs.
- Coordinate construction schedules and facilitate communication among stakeholders.
- Oversee daily construction tasks and provide Request for Information (RFI) support.
- Act as a liaison between on-site construction teams and project management.
- Supervise field construction activities to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Plan and coordinate weekend or shutdown work schedules with contractors and other departments.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors to manage equipment delivery, installation, and scheduling.
- Experience Level: Experienced
