Position Overview

Arbor Circle is seeking a skilled Therapist to provide high-quality, person-centered treatment for individuals experiencing substance use concerns and homelessness. As a member of our team, you will work collaboratively with Mel Trotter Ministries to deliver evidence-based services that promote recovery and wellness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct screenings and assessments using standardized tools to identify client needs and goals
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to support clients in achieving their recovery objectives
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners to enhance service delivery
Requirements
  • Masters degree in social work or related field
  • Experience working with substance use disorders and homeless populations
  • State licensure (LMSW, LLMSW, LPC, etc.)
  • Bilingual/Spanish proficiency preferred
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and clean driving record
