Westchester Hills Golf Club Bartender Opportunity

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Westchester Hills Golf Club. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and their guests, while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stock and maintain inventory of beverages and supplies
  • Mix and serve cocktails, beers, and wines to guests
  • Assist with cost control and inventory management
  • Ensure compliance with state liquor laws and standard operating procedures
  • Communicate with management and staff to ensure seamless service
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including inventory, cash control, and cleaning
  • Accountable for checks and cash transactions
  • Utilize Point of Sales System
  • Review banquet schedule and calendar of events
  • Serve catered parties and occasionally serve meals to guests
  • Incorporate safe work practices in job performance

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of bartending experience and/or training
  • Must be at least 21 years of age to serve alcohol
  • Possesses knowledge of cocktail recipes and wine varieties
  • Alcohol Awareness Training
