Position Summary
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Dacotah Bank, you will operate under the direction of the Market Retail Leader. This role requires you to serve as a knowledgeable advisor, embodying the mission of Dacotah Bank. Your primary duties will involve nurturing and maintaining customer relationships to align with the bank's strategic goals. A thorough understanding of Dacotah Bank's offerings is essential for enhancing Wallet Share by addressing customer requirements effectively. Furthermore, as a CSR, you will be responsible for managing teller drawer operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and proactively identifying and mitigating fraudulent activities. Engaging in cross-selling bank services, referring clients to Insurance and Trust services, and promoting positive customer interactions are also vital components of this position. Additionally, you will have the chance to take part in various community initiatives organized by Dacotah Bank throughout the year.
