The Marketing Compliance Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the Marketing Division by outlining operational procedures and policies, assessing risk and control frameworks, and ensuring adherence to compliance obligations to minimize compliance risks for the credit union and its members. This position involves working closely with various internal teams, analyzing member feedback, and assisting in the management of regulatory changes within the Marketing Division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Thorough understanding of compliance regulations and laws
  • Possession of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience within a financial services environment
  • Capability to think critically and implement strategies to reduce compliance risks
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and strategic planning abilities
