About the Job

Adecco USA is seeking skilled Cable Assemblers and Fiber Optic Technicians to join our team in a direct hire position. This opportunity offers competitive pay, overtime, and incentives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and understand schematic wiring diagrams and process sheets
  • Use simple electrical instruments to make polarity determinations, measure insulating resistance, and perform dielectric withstanding voltage tests
  • Assemble and use various molds and plastic injection devices
  • Work from detailed instructions on standard assemblies with guidance and supervision
  • Maintain product quality and adhere to company standards of performance
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years or more of related experience, technical school, and/or training
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing, supervision, and ability to work with others
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, ERP or MRP systems
