In this position, you will work closely with our partner, a National Retailer, to foster client relationships, increase sales, and elevate product and service revenue through direct engagement within retail environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance sales productivity and customer satisfaction in retail settings
  • Participate in selling alongside retail staff
  • Improve retailer's sales outcomes through training, marketing initiatives, and promotional activities
  • Mentor and train team members to elevate their skills and product knowledge
  • Oversee in-store promotions and sales events
  • Represent and maintain Client's values in customer interactions
  • Assist District Manager in communicating key initiatives
  • Build positive relationships with retail store leadership
  • Act as a business consultant as a primary point of contact
  • Support in maintaining product assortment and merchandising at locations
  • Guide and inspire a team of sales representatives

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 2 years in training, sales, or retail management experience
  • Preference for prior experience in wireless or electronics retail management
  • Competence in technology for data collection and basic computer skills
