Pediatric Clinic Support Specialist Opportunity:

Join our dynamic team at Trinity Health as a Medical Support Specialist in Waukee Pediatrics. This role involves working closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and support in a fast-paced pediatric clinic environment.

Responsibilities:
  1. Key Functions:
  2. Evaluate patient understanding of treatment plans and instructions.
  3. Facilitate interdisciplinary communication to promote continuity of care.
  4. Collect and document basic data for assigned patients.
  5. Report results and pertinent information to patients and healthcare team members.
  6. Assist with minor procedures, exams, and operation of diagnostic equipment.
  7. Participate in staff development activities and orientation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Medical Assistant certification in the State of Iowa is necessary.
  • Licensure to practice radiology in the State of Iowa is desirable.
  • CPR certification is essential.
  • Clinic or physician office experience is beneficial.

Estimated Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum
