We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pool Maintenance Technician. This role is essential in delivering high-quality on-site pool cleaning and maintenance services. Responsibilities include adhering to established cleaning protocols, safely handling pool chemicals, and sharing insights with the team to enhance service delivery.


Key Responsibilities:
Success in this role will be measured by the following:

  • Managing a designated swimming pool route, ensuring thorough cleaning each week.
  • Maintaining an adequate supply of pool chemicals and accurately adjusting water chemistry.
  • Utilizing a mobile platform for operational tasks.
  • Identifying equipment repair needs and effectively communicating them.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • No felony convictions (successful completion of a background check).
  • The physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs.

While specific prior experience is not required, a high school diploma and a Certified Pool Operator License are preferred.


Compensation:
This position offers the potential for an annual bonus based on achieving specific revenue targets.
