As we continue to expand, we are in search of a detail-oriented and customer-centric Pool Maintenance Technician. This role is essential for ensuring that our clients receive top-notch on-site pool cleaning and maintenance services. Responsibilities include adhering to our established cleaning protocols, managing pool chemicals safely, and sharing insights with the team to enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a designated swimming pool route, ensuring thorough cleaning and maintenance on a weekly basis.
  • Manage the inventory of pool chemicals and accurately adjust water chemistry for each pool.
  • Utilize a mobile platform for efficient service management.
  • Identify and report any equipment repair needs to the administrative team.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • No felony convictions (successful completion of a background check is required).
  • The physical capability to lift up to 100 lbs.

While specific prior experience is not mandatory, a high school diploma and a Certified Pool Operator License are preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

This position offers the potential for an annual bonus based on meeting specific revenue targets. A company vehicle will be provided, fully equipped with necessary tools and chemicals, along with paid vacation time after a qualifying period.
