About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Agile Delivery Manager to join our teams at Babylon Health. As a key member of our Engineering organization, you will be responsible for developing high-performing, cross-functional teams using a servant leadership approach. You will work across multiple teams, managing projects and programs that span multiple teams, and collaborating with different stakeholders from across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement agile frameworks, particularly Scrum or Kanban, to deliver amazing products to support members and make healthcare affordable and accessible for everyone on the planet.
  • Manage delivery across multiple development squads, providing assurance for the delivery fundamentals - time, cost, scope, outcomes, risks, and issues, and cross-team dependencies across the business.
  • Drive the continuous delivery required to deliver against challenging timelines in a fast and constantly evolving environment.
  • Encourage, inspire, and support teams to continuously improve their ways of working.
  • Be a key point of contact and build trust with senior stakeholders across the business.
  • Mentor juniors and other members of technology teams on agile delivery practices.
Requirements
  • 5 years of previous experience of working with engineering teams delivering a global product at scale as a Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, or similar.
  • Solid understanding and experience of implementing various agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Track record of success defining, planning, and delivering innovative project workstreams.
  • First-class communication skills, with the ability to tailor your style to different audiences, both technical and non-technical.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills, setting a continuous delivery rhythm for our teams.
