**Job Title:** Infant Assistant Teacher

We are seeking a highly motivated and career-oriented teacher with a passion for Early Childhood Education.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in working with young children, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to creating a safe, healthy, and educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation of a superior Early Childhood Education program in accordance with school policies and Malvern School philosophy.
  • Maintain a safe, healthy, and educational environment for the class.
  • Communicate regularly with parents, in person and through the use of technology, meeting (or exceeding) parent expectations.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma and be at least 18 years of age.
  • At least 2500 hours (1 year, 4 months) of documented experience with young children in a licensed facility OR 15 relevant college credits (or CDA) and at least 1250 hours (8 months) documented experience with young children in a licensed facility.
  • Must be (or be willing to start) pursuing a CDA (Child Development Associate) OR a degree in the field.
