Job Summary:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care is provided to our patients while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day clinical operations of the imaging department, including practice standards, staffing, payroll, budgets, and quality improvement.
  • Supervise a team of imaging professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care.
  • Monitor the allocation and utilization of personnel to ensure optimal patient care while identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Develop and implement action plans to improve staff development and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to achieve optimal patient care across the continuum.
Requirements:
  • Minimum two years of nursing experience, with a minimum of two years of experience as a charge nurse, preceptor, or quality improvement champion.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, with a high school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) required.
  • Registered Nurse License (California) required at hire.
  • Basic Life Support certification required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • ACLS certification strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
  • Mother Baby and L&D experience required.
