Job Summary

FullShift Staffing, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist RRT/CRT to join our team. As a Respiratory Therapist RRT/CRT, you will be responsible for providing high-quality respiratory care to our patients, working closely with our healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Respiratory Care: Administer oxygen therapy, aerosol therapy, and other respiratory treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Assess Patient Needs: Evaluate patients' respiratory status and develop individualized care plans to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Monitor Patient Progress: Continuously assess patients' respiratory status and adjust care plans as needed.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Document patient care, including treatments, medications, and progress notes.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Developments: Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest respiratory care techniques and technologies.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or a related field preferred.
  • Certifications: Current RRT or CRT certification; BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a Respiratory Therapist RRT/CRT in a hospital or healthcare setting.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; proficiency in electronic medical records and other healthcare software.
