Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct pharmacy staff to achieve business objectives and improve patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy operations, including patient safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and oversee inventory management, financial profitability, and loss prevention.
  • Develop and implement patient care programs to improve health outcomes and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Active pharmacy license in the state of employment.
  • Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
  • Immunization certification through an accredited organization.
  • Pharmacist in charge on the pharmacy state license.
  • Submission of required information/documents to the state PMP administrator.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree.
  • Proven leadership and management experience in a pharmacy setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
