Job Description

Innova Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Training Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Plan Development: Develop training plans that align with organizational objectives and project requirements.
  • Content Development: Design and create engaging training content, including presentations, manuals, guides, videos, and e-learning modules.
  • Training Coordination & Facilitation: Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality delivery.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and develop tailored programs.
  • Training Evaluation and Continuous Improvement: Assess the effectiveness of training programs and implement continuous improvement practices.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Experience: 3-5 years of experience in training and development or a related field.
  • Experience: Experience in creating training content and delivering training sessions.
  • Skills: Strong presentation and facilitation skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in training content development tools and e-learning platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Certifications: Additional certifications in training and development, such as Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or other relevant certifications.
