Your Responsibilities
As a partner with CPA firms, you will provide support to various clients. These firms range from local boutique accounting practices to prominent public accounting firms in the top 100 in the U.S.

Below are some of the tasks you may undertake with a CPA Firm client, including but not limited to:

  • Establishing and preparing audit files using the firm's audit software
  • Conducting audit testing and fieldwork remotely and on-site at client locations as directed by the engagement leader
  • Assisting with the wrap-up process post-audit fieldwork, including finalizing workpapers and checklists
  • Drafting financial statements and related audit documentation

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience with top 400 accounting firms, focusing on audit engagements
  • CPA designation preferred but not mandatory
  • Familiarity with tools such as CaseWare, CCH Engagement, or AdvanceFlow
  • Experience with various audit types, including employee benefit plans (401K), non-profit organizations, government audits, yellowbook, construction, and general audits
  • Proficiency in supervising, planning, executing, and reporting on audits of financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and US GAAS
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail to identify discrepancies and potential risks during audit engagements
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex audit concepts effectively
  • Ability to work independently and remotely while managing multiple audit engagements concurrently
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding client service and fostering long-term relationships
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and dedication to maintaining the highest professional standards
  • Availability for at least 20 hours per week
