Investment Operations Associates in Los Angeles will be assigned to one of the following teams, engaging in significant work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gain insights into the measurement of investment outcomes, statistical analysis, and other industry-related concepts.
- Lead departmental initiatives and efforts for business process enhancement.
IOX Team:
- Engage in cross-functional projects concerning new business demands and/or process/system improvements while applying Design principles and Agile methodologies.
- Coordinate project activities across various teams to drive outcomes and create artifacts with input from project stakeholders (IOX).
Global Investment Control:
- Process buy and sell orders as requested by investment professionals.
- Ensure that all trading activities and investment decisions comply with client, internal, and regulatory standards.
- Facilitate client-directed and portfolio construction-related tasks.
Global Client Services:
- Deliver daily client service offerings to institutional clients and their intermediaries.
- Enhance the client experience by adding value and resources.
- Participate in the onboarding process for institutional clients post-investment in our funds.
- Analyze and report on client investment data to provide unique insights.

Los Angeles Base Salary Range: $63,782-$102,051.
In addition to a competitive base salary, you will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, along with Capital's annual profitability bonus and a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
*Temporary positions in Canada and the United States are excluded from the aforementioned compensation and benefit plans.
