Compensation:
$80,000-120,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately assess and evaluate vehicle damage.
- Execute necessary auto body repairs, including painting and part replacement.
- Identify and procure materials and parts essential for repairs.
- Inspect and test drive repaired vehicles to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Maintain regular communication with management and staff regarding work performed, required changes, and any concerns related to vehicle repair or maintenance.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and local and federal regulations while utilizing tools and equipment.
- Report any accidents or incidents to management promptly.
Qualifications:
- Ability to complete jobs from start to finish.
- Strong attention to detail.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in collision repair techniques.
- Proficient in using industry-standard collision repair tools and equipment, including frame straightening and welding tools.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Physical capability to bend, lift, and perform tasks associated with this role.
