Job Summary:

The Facilities Operations Manager is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of all buildings and grounds on the Christ Fellowship campus. This includes setting up and tearing down campus events, performing maintenance tasks, supervising housekeeping services, grounds teams, and other vendors. The position reports directly to the Campus Pastor and requires a hands-on approach to performing maintenance while supporting the needs of Christ Fellowship ministries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all custodial, grounds, mechanical, and facility needs to ensure a safe and well-maintained environment.
  • Maintain the building and grounds with custodial support, performing repairs and general maintenance as needed.
  • Prioritize and respond to service and maintenance requests using the Work Order program.
  • Manage facility budgets and communicate effectively with contractors and vendors.
  • Assist in scheduling and monitoring the HVAC system to ensure optimal performance.
  • Inspect and be aware of the condition of buildings to identify potential issues.
  • Maintain order and safety for all working areas, adhering to OSHA regulations and Christ Fellowship's CORE values.
  • Oversee and perform set up and tear down of facilities for services, meetings, conferences, events, and other activities.
  • Logistically support various aspects of campus events, including setup and teardown.
  • Participate in special projects assigned by the Campus Pastor and Central Director of Facilities.
  • Support and enforce all Christ Fellowship policies, OSHA regulations, and CORE values.
  • Assist with response to all emergencies and alarm calls.
  • Commit to a life that reflects the Christ Fellowship CORE values.
  • Develop, support, and lead the facilities Dream Team.
  • Safely operate vehicles, tools, and equipment.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma
  • FL Driver's License
  • 3-5+ years of relevant work experience

Full-time, Salary (Exempt)
