Job Summary:
As a Patient Care Associate in our Cardiac/Telemetry unit, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients and their families. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with patient comfort, vital signs monitoring, personal hygiene, and mobility support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care with compassion and professionalism
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Communicate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
- Adhere to patient safety standards and regulations
- Assist with activities of daily living and personal care
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Completion of Nursing Student clinical rotation or state testing
- Basic Life Support certification preferred
Work Schedule:
Full-time position with 36 weekly hours, including nights and every other weekend rotation
