Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Hull Assembler to join our team at Alumacraft. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, machinist, or assembly roles, with a proven track record of delivering quality parts on time.

This is a full-time position that requires strong assembly skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, patience, and practicality under pressure.

Responsibilities
  • Assemble various sized hulls to high quality specifications
  • Read and follow engineering drawings, specifications, work orders, SWIs, and safety data sheets
  • Inspect and use overhead hoists, hull positioners, pneumatic rivet guns, pneumatic drills, bucking bars, and other hand and portable tools
  • Examine workpieces for defects and measure workpieces with templates to ensure conformance with specifications

Compensation: $58,000 - $68,000 per year.
