At AlumaCraft, we are seeking a skilled Hull Fabricator to join our team in the assembly of aluminum boats. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in every step of the process.

Job Summary:

  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
  • Operate various tools and equipment, including overhead hoists, pneumatic rivet guns, and bucking bars
  • Inspect workpieces for defects and ensure conformance with specifications
  • Assemble hulls using rivets, screws, and other fastening methods
  • Test and inspect completed boats for quality and performance

About You:

  • 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of basic hand and power tools, as well as safety procedures
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods
