Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at our Frisco, TX location. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for children with autism, as well as providing supervision and training to our team of RBTs.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism
- Provide supervision and training to our team of RBTs
- Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze data to inform treatment decisions
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for our clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in ABA therapy
- Master or Doctorate Level Degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
- Licensed Professional as per state guidelines (if applicable)
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis per BACB guidelines
- Competitive salary range: $74,000 - $85,000 annually based on experience
- Bonus structure: between $6K - $18K a year in bonuses, calculated monthly and paid quarterly
- 20 days PTO and 7 paid holidays

- Company paid BCBA State Licensure Renewal and 8-Hour Supervision Training
