About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineering Technician to join our Experimental Mechanical Engineering group in Columbus, IN. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building, repairing, and preparing articles for testing and associated auxiliary equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Builds, repairs, and prepares articles for testing and associated auxiliary equipment.
  • Installs test article into test structure (test cell, table, rig, etc.).
  • Performs tests in accordance with set test methods.
  • Consistently provides accurate and reliable test results.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal customers via email and collaboration applications.
