Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in a full-time capacity. As a Speech Language Pathologist in this role, you will be responsible for providing speech therapy services to students in a K-12 setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans for students with communication disorders
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure students receive comprehensive support
  • Provide direct and indirect services to students, including group and individual therapy sessions
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of student progress

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Colorado license or ability to acquire before starting
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in a school or pediatric setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups
