Role Objective

The Electric Vehicle Operations Manager is tasked with overseeing the maintenance activities for electric buses and vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage electric vehicle maintenance operations.
  • Oversee maintenance timelines and project execution.
  • Monitor maintenance progress and generate reports.
  • Lead maintenance personnel and ensure timely completion of repairs.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Recognize and implement process enhancement opportunities.
  • Carry out assigned tasks as necessary.

Qualifications and Experience

Preferred completion of a trade school or an associate degree in automotive or engineering disciplines.

A minimum of three to five years of experience in vehicle maintenance is required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies

  • In-depth understanding of high voltage vehicle maintenance.
  • Awareness of safety standards and maintenance management software.
  • Excellent communication and analytical problem-solving abilities.

Physical Requirements

  • Capability to work in diverse environments and occasional weekend/evening shifts.
  • Must be able to navigate throughout the workday.
