Role Objective
The Electric Vehicle Operations Manager is tasked with overseeing the maintenance activities for electric buses and vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and manage electric vehicle maintenance operations.
- Oversee maintenance timelines and project execution.
- Monitor maintenance progress and generate reports.
- Lead maintenance personnel and ensure timely completion of repairs.
Additional Responsibilities
- Recognize and implement process enhancement opportunities.
- Carry out assigned tasks as necessary.
Qualifications and Experience
Preferred completion of a trade school or an associate degree in automotive or engineering disciplines.
A minimum of three to five years of experience in vehicle maintenance is required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies
- In-depth understanding of high voltage vehicle maintenance.
- Awareness of safety standards and maintenance management software.
- Excellent communication and analytical problem-solving abilities.
Physical Requirements
- Capability to work in diverse environments and occasional weekend/evening shifts.
- Must be able to navigate throughout the workday.
