At Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Primary Care Physician to join our Outpatient team in Cincinnati, OH. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced physician to provide exceptional primary care services to patients while enjoying a great work-life balance.
Compensation and Benefits:
- A competitive salary ranging from $215,000 to $275,000 based on experience and location, with quarterly bonus opportunities
- Six weeks of paid time off, including vacation, sick leave, major holidays, and continuing medical education (CME) opportunities
- Tuition reimbursement program
- $5,000 CME stipend
- Comprehensive health, vision, dental, and life insurance coverage
- 401(k) investment plan with up to 4% company match, vested immediately
- Provided medical malpractice insurance
- Relocation assistance available on a case-by-case basis
About the Role:
- Provision of high-quality primary care services to patients
- Conduct office visits for routine and acute issues, as well as home visits as needed
- Administer annual wellness visits and health risk assessments
- Care coordination with other providers, specialists, testing facilities, and agencies
- Population health leadership, in collaboration with the care team
- Assistance with phone triage and outreach
- Patient education on health conditions, care plans, and treatments
