Tax Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Supervisor to join our expanding Business Tax practice at RSM Global. As a Tax Supervisor, you will play a key role in providing exceptional tax services to our clients, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations, and driving business growth through strategic tax planning.

• Provide detailed review and analysis of complex tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax laws and regulations.
• Work closely with clients to understand their tax needs and develop tailored tax solutions, communicating effectively to facilitate collaboration and risk management.
• Serve as a mentor and coach to junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and expertise.
• Stay up-to-date with current tax practices and changes in tax law, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improve client outcomes.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement tax strategies, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Eligibility to sit for the CPA exam, EA, or JD.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on taxation.
• Experience preparing and reviewing tax returns for partnerships, S corporations, and C corporations.
• Strong technical skills in accounting and tax preparation, with a working knowledge of tax code and compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
