We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Process Improvement Manager to join our team at Spring Valley Hospital. As a key member of our quality improvement program, you will be responsible for managing the Clinical Quality Improvement program and providing direction and support for department and/or unit-based clinical process improvement activities.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for implementation
  • Conduct data analysis and performance metrics to inform quality improvement initiatives
  • Provide education and training to staff on quality improvement principles and best practices
  • Develop and maintain quality improvement policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field
  • Two years of QA or PI experience, and a minimum of two years of progressive management experience
  • Computer proficiency to include word processing, spreadsheet, database, and Lean Training
  • Current RN license in the state of Nevada required
