The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of nursing expertise and analytical skills, with a strong ability to collect, analyze, and interpret clinical data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. This role will work closely with our Sr Director of Clinical Services and Sr Director of Healthcare Analytics to develop analysis and procedures to support business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze clinical data to identify opportunities for improvement in patient care and clinic operations
  • Monitor and evaluate clinical performance metrics, patient outcomes, and adherence to best practices and regulatory standards
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on clinical performance, including recommendations for process improvements and strategic initiatives
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers, administrators, and other stakeholders to implement data-driven strategies and solutions
  • Provide clinical expertise and support in the development and implementation of new protocols, procedures, and technologies
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of direct clinical nursing experience; experience in data analysis or healthcare analytics
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Nevada
  • Working knowledge and experience in industry coding (revenue codes, ICD 10 classifications, CPT codes, etc.)
  • Experience in a healthcare environment, including hospital or managed care with Population Health experience, preferred
  • Knowledge of NCQA, HEDIS, STAR or other healthcare quality metrics, preferred

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,800 - $131,000, based on relevant experience, qualifications, expertise, certifications, licenses, education or equivalent work experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
