As a key member of our mountain operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the grooming department, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety in our snowmaking and grooming operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the grooming team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the highest level of performance and productivity.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and plans to improve grooming operations, mitigate risk, and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with the V.P. of Mountain Experience to develop and implement grooming plans, communicate with the team, and monitor and document results.
  • Ensure compliance with company and MIOSHA standards, taking prompt action to address deficiencies.
  • Provide superior service to all customers, internal and external.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of grooming experience on all equipment, including Winch Cat, Free Groomer, and Park Groomer.
  • Ability to troubleshoot grooming fleet, observe fleet in operation, and listen for problems.
  • Able to work well with others and lead a team.
  • Valid driver's license and high school diploma or GED.
