Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital & IT Analyst to join our team at Parker Hannifin Corporation Parker Aerospace Group. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the end users and workstation environment at our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide installation, maintenance, and general support of hardware and software
  • Support end users with advanced questions or problems by identifying, researching, and resolving technical issues
  • Help support a variety of IT processes and manufacturing applications critical to day-to-day business operations
  • Manage incidents and requests in coordination with global IT service desk, utilizing ITIL foundational principles
  • Directly interact with internal customers, investigating comprehensive business requirements and use cases, and recommending appropriate solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 2 years of experience in an information technology role or related discipline
  • At least 2 years of experience in a support or service role, actively interacting with customers on a regular basis
  • At least 2 years of experience with maintenance and repair of computer hardware
  • Microsoft Active Directory applications
  • Business software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Manufacturing environment, preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • ITIL Foundation certification, strongly preferred
  • Microsoft Certified Professional, preferred
  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert, preferred
  • CompTIA A+, preferred
