  • Implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Collaborate with department supervisors to prioritize repairs and maintain production schedules.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations, including ANSI, NEC codes, and OSHA standards.
  • Work with external contractors as needed to address complex maintenance issues.
  • Be available for on-call maintenance duties outside of regular working hours.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a maintenance technician with a strong understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
  • Basic knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods, including machine repair, welding, and carpentry.
  • Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good physical condition and strength, with a willingness to work overtime as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology, or a relevant field a plus.
