Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Tower Technician to join our team at True North, a Congruex Company. As a Tower Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and upgrading cellular equipment on telecommunication broadcast towers. This is an entry-level position that requires zero experience, and we provide on-the-job training and certifications.

Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain cellular equipment on towers and structures.
  • Rig loads and secure feedlines to industry standards.
  • Mount steel, antennas, radios, and other assets properly.
  • Route and secure feedlines to CWS and industry standards.
  • Practice safety in all aspects of climbing and construction.
  • Receive direction from managers and execute tasks remotely.
  • Understand and utilize all tower calls and hand signals.
  • De-rig structures with minimal direction.
  • Perform a harness inspection.
  • Provide a quality install.
  • Be reliable and punctual.
  • Practice accurate timekeeping skills.
  • Show a positive attitude and work well with the crew.
