Tower Foreman

We are seeking a highly skilled Tower Foreman to join our team at True North, a Congruex Company. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for leading the installation, maintenance, and repair of communication towers and support structures.

• Lead a team of technicians in the construction, installation, and maintenance of communication towers and support structures.
• Manage the safety and performance of the crew, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
• Develop and implement site plans, identifying potential obstacles and safety concerns.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects and deliver high-quality results.
• Train and mentor junior technicians to ensure the highest level of safety and quality.
• Conduct daily safety inspections and ensure all crew members are utilizing proper personal protective equipment.
• Manage and maintain company tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Develop and implement procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.

• 5+ years of experience in tower construction, installation, and maintenance.
• Proven leadership and management skills.
• Strong knowledge of industry regulations and company policies.
• Ability to develop and implement site plans and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
