We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at CRM Residential. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our residential properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform Routine Maintenance Tasks
    • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential maintenance issues
    • Perform minor repairs, such as drywall patching, painting, and carpentry work
    • Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including changing light bulbs, unclogging drains, and fixing leaky faucets
  • Maintain Property Grounds
    • Maintain the property's grounds, including lawn care, snow removal, and cleaning of common areas
  • Respond to Tenant Requests
    • Respond to tenant requests for repairs and maintenance issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with Major Repairs
    • Assist with major repairs or renovations as needed
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High School diploma or equivalent education required
    • 3-4 years of experience can offset minimum educational requirements for this position
    • 2 years of maintenance experience is required
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Must have experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance
    • Previous experience in commercial or multi-unit residential property is desirable
    • Must possess a general understanding of OSHA, fire prevention, and safety regulations
  • Physical and Working Requirements
    • Indoor/outdoor environment subject to changing conditions and temperatures exceeding 90 degrees at times
    • Ability to lift 55 pounds independently and support team lift with reasonable accommodations
