We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician II to join our team at EMCOR Group. As a key member of our facilities services team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing commercial HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair commercial HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment
  • Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues to identify and resolve problems efficiently
  • Install and repair electrical controls, switching, and motor controls as needed
  • Assist with chemical water treatment programs for HVAC systems
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the EMCOR location Manager
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Formal training in HVAC operations
  • Universal Refrigeration License
  • Valid driver's license
  • 6+ years of related experience
