Quality Control Specialist (Food Production), Evening Shift

Evening Shift (4:00 PM - 2:00 AM), includes a 10% shift premium for evening hours

($24.00 per hour)

The Quality Control Specialist role at EW Grobbel is designed for an individual committed to maintaining exceptional quality standards through rigorous inspections and process verifications. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and possess strong multitasking abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive quality inspections
  • Monitor critical control points with high sensitivity
  • Verify sanitation standards compliance
  • Ensure adherence to established procedures
  • Foster a positive work environment while promoting mutual respect
  • Additional essential duties may be specific to certain roles


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to work in a cold environment
  • Experience handling raw meat products
  • Commitment to maintaining safe food processing practices
  • Capability to lift up to 20 pounds regularly
  • Willingness to work entirely on the production floor
  • Prior experience in quality assurance
  • Strong focus on quality
  • Higher education is preferred but not mandatory
