Key Responsibilities

  • Process account correspondence, maintenance, and renewals in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Process deposits, payments, withdrawals, transfers, stop payments, address changes, authorized signers, and service events.
  • Enroll and maintain customer electronic banking functions, ensuring seamless integration with our systems.
  • Assist with answering incoming calls and providing support to our call center team.
  • Process loan and deposit payments, ensuring proper posting and reconciliation.
  • Send notices for expired insurance policies and update our systems accordingly.
  • Set up allotments to and from customer bank accounts for monthly payments and deposits.
  • Scan all necessary information and documents, adhering to our loan department procedures.
  • Identify opportunities for other financial products and services, referring customers to our experts.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in banking, credit unions, or financial services, with a focus on customer service and account processing.
  • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise information to customers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and other financial software applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
