About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative MAC Artist to join our team at Salon North Park in Dallas, TX. As a MAC Artist, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of products and techniques to provide exceptional customer service and create personalized makeup looks for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide inspirational and authentic customer service to our clients
  • Develop and maintain a high level of technical expertise in makeup artistry
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service
  • Participate in in-store events and visual merchandising to create a welcoming and inspirational store environment
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest makeup trends and product knowledge
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in makeup artistry or retail sales is preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is a plus
  • Ability to provide proof of right to live and work in the country
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $14.84 to $24.74, depending on qualifications, skills, and experience. In addition, we offer a highly competitive incentive compensation program, including a 3% commission on eligible individual sales of MAC products.
