Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills; warmly greet clients upon arrival
  • Gather customer and vehicle details; accurately relay all vehicle issues as described by the client
  • Assess and recommend maintenance based on the vehicle's age, mileage, and service history
  • Prepare detailed and precise cost estimates for labor and parts
  • Set follow-up appointments
  • Track the status of each vehicle throughout the day and keep customers informed
  • Ensure that the final invoice matches the work completed on the repair order
  • Clarify all completed services and charges to clients

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a service advisor, assistant lane manager, or service consultant
  • Familiarity with DealerTrack is preferred
  • Demonstrated history of achieving high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Energetic and positive demeanor
  • A commitment to a long-term career with a growing organization
  • Integrity both personally and professionally
  • Proficient computer skills and eagerness to learn new software
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
