About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavior Consultant to join our team at NeurAbilities Healthcare. As a Behavior Consultant, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to individuals with autism and other neurodevelopmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive behavior assessments to identify areas of strength and weakness
  • Develop and implement personalized intervention plans to promote positive behavior change
  • Provide consultation and training to parents, school personnel, and other caregivers to support the implementation of behavior intervention plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in behavior analysis
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
  • Behavior Specialist Licensure
  • 2+ years of experience working with individuals with autism and other neurodevelopmental disabilities
  • Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
