The Pharmacy Technician plays a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient dispensing of medications to our patients. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will assist pharmacists in preparing, compounding, and dispensing medications, while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and safety.
Responsibilities- Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications, including compounding and labeling.
- Operate pharmacy automation technology systems and workflow management software.
- Perform initial troubleshooting for automated pharmacy technology and associated software.
- Work under time constraints to meet patient needs and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Actively registered with the Oklahoma Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician or willing to submit application for registration by first day of work.
- 1-year relevant pharmacy experience preferred but not required.
