About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our team at Integrated Power Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our industrial electric motor repair services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Repair and Maintenance: Diagnose and repair industrial AC/DC electric motors, generators, gearboxes, and related equipment, applying innovative and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Quality Control: Measure and record data using various tools and equipment, ensuring high-quality repairs and adherence to industry standards.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Participate in daily operations discussions with colleagues and customers, providing expert advice and support.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience: 1-5 years of experience in AC/DC motor repair, preferably in a similar industrial setting.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical and mechanical skills, with the ability to understand and perform various job-related training, operational, and safety procedures.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand, stoop, kneel, and bend for prolonged periods, as well as lift, push, pull, and carry items up to 50 lbs.
