**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Engineer to join our Northeast Transportation division. The successful candidate will be responsible for the production of construction documents, plans, specifications, estimates, and various studies and reports for road/highway projects, including design projects for public agencies.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Support interdisciplinary projects, document preparation, and production.
  • Design roadway alignments and details, grading, drainage, traffic, and other highway infrastructure and site work.
  • Utilize MicroStation software.

**Requirements**

  • BS/MS degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • 5 or more years of experience in transportation, highway, and roadway design.
  • Proficient in Bentley MicroStation and Bentley Open Roads Designer.
  • Familiarity with CTDOT Roadway Standards, Criteria, and Specifications.
  • Ability to provide technical expertise in roadway/highway design, vertical and horizontal alignments, pavement section design, drainage system design, and excellent interpersonal skills.

**Compensation and Benefits**

We offer a competitive salary range of $67,000 to $89,661.00 and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, disability insurance, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
