As an integral member of a multidisciplinary healthcare team, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing critically ill adults and providing intensive care interventions throughout the UKHC system.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day patient care of critically ill patients in the ICU
- Provide resource support throughout UKHC for intensive care interventions
- Participate in ICU triage and admissions process
- Develop and implement evidence-based practice and education
- Ensure a safe and quality care environment
- MSN for Nurse Practitioners or BS for Physician Assistants
- Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) with Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Certification (ACNP) or Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk with objects up to 10 lbs
